TAKE CARE MR. POIROT

As every Cretan hero knows,

The downside of mustachios

Appears not when you’re fighting foes

But when instead you’re in the throes

Of eating raw pistachios.

The whirling whisker end then throws

This tasty nut right up your nose

Whereupon, as history shows,

It matters not how hard one blows –

That’s where a new tree promptly grows.
